WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

On time or just before your time slot. Please have your booking confirmation on your phone ready as this will be checked by multiple staff leading into the event. There will be no admission once the experience has started so please be on time, we cannot give refunds for latecomers.

WHERE ARE THE LOCATIONS?

Seckford Hall Road, The turning is just after you turn off the A12, the first entrance on your left before Seckford Hall and the golf course.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

You can pre book tickets online at our website www.freshaireventsuk.com. There will be only a limited amount of tickets on the door.

IS THERE AN ONSITE BOX OFFICE

Yes there is but will only have a limited amount of tickets available so please book online if you can.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET?

Make sure you check all inboxes, if nothing is showing then please contact tickets@freshaireventsuk.com and a team member will resend your ticket booking confirmation.

WHO NEEDS A TICKET?

Everyone needs a ticket, only under two's go free.

What if I can’t show my booking confirmation?

Only people with proof of booking confirmation will be allowed into the experience, please make sure you bring a device to show your booking.

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?

Please contact us 48hrs before before your experience at tickets@freshaireventsuk.com and we will do our best to re arrange your tickets for another day, no refunds will be given.

is there disabled access?

Yes people with disabilities are more than welcome and we will do our upmost to accommodate everyone, but please just be aware this event is held on two big hills, so you must be able to navigate down and up hills, if you wish to attend be aware the trail might get very muddy and wet.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Yes you can to this. But keep on lead the entire time, and pick up all dog mess.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK INCLUDING ALCOHOL?

No food or drink is allowed on site, there will be food and drink available to purchase at our event. Any food or drink found entering the event will be confiscated and you might be refused entry.

CAN I SMOKE?

As this is a family event we will not be allowing smoking on site.

WHAT IF I NEED ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE ON SITE?

We have a great team of people working on the day to make this a fun safe environment and they will be there for anything you need.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The event will still go ahead in all weather unless it is deemed dangerous by the event organisers.

Are there toilets on site?

Yes there will be toilets on site.

Are there medics on site?

Yes there will be fully trained and equipped staff on site.

Where do I go when I get there and park up?

Signs and staff will guide you to the hill for your adventure.

Is there social distancing?

Please respect others and keep your distance from other members of the public. If areas are busy or you have to wait to see an attraction, please give eachother space.

What food and drink can I purchase on site?

There will be a range of food and drinks on site to choose from including: Hot drinks , Hot food, Soft drinks, Snacks, Marshmallows by the fire
